Community Studio Workshops: Painting En Plein Air
Dates: Saturday, 4/22, 11:30 am–1pm and Sunday, 5/7, 12:30 – 2pm
Cost: $20 non-members; $10 members (max. capacity=20 for each)
Description: Curious about the process of painting outdoors? Many of the artists featured in New Beginnings: An American Story of Romantics and Modernists in the West painted directly from nature or within their community. Come create original watercolor paintings right on DAI’s grounds! While we welcome all ages, these workshops are ideal for ages 16 and up. Space is limited and spots fill up quickly. Advanced reservation is required. Weather permitting. Rain plan: workshop will occur in Hale Cloister.
