Red, art & blue
ON SALE JUNE 1st
A DAI Member-Exclusive Event
Join us as we artistically celebrate the USA at the return of our DAI members event, Red, Art & Blue, on July 3, 2023! Avoid the crowds and traffic, and get the best view in town for the City of Dayton’s Fourth of July fireworks celebration!
Doors open at 8 p.m. with an ice cream sundae bar from Ritter’s of Kettering in the museum’s Shaw Gothic Cloister, along with other light snacks. Complimentary soda and water will be available, with a cash bar for beer and wine.
Relax and enjoy the air-conditioned comfort of the DAI, as a DJ plays a mix of American-themed pop, rock and classic hits throughout the evening. The museum collection galleries, The Lange Family Experiencenter and our restrooms will be open during the event. Families can enjoy a red, white and blue themed hunt through the galleries.
At 10 p.m., grab a spot on the bleachers in front of the DAI, or on the museum’s newly restored Schiewetz Family Foundation Balcony, to enjoy the City of Dayton fireworks display.
You must be a museum member to purchase tickets, but members may bring non-member guests.
Free parking is available in the DAI parking lot, on a first-come, first-served basis, for ticket holders. You must show your event ticket/parking pass to enter the DAI parking lot!
