Sculpt with Shapes

Young artists learn about the many uses of shapes and build a sculpture from 3D shapes.
An example of the shape sculpture created in this week's PNC Tiny Thursdays at Home lesson.
This week's featured artwork is Richard Jolley's Elephant Walk, created in 2007.

Materials Needed:
1) 4 colors: acrylic paint
2) paintbrush
3) toothpicks
4) small recyclable boxes
5) paper towel or toilet paper tube
6) water cup or way to rinse brushes
7) optional: foam block for base
8) optional: pencil to poke holes
9) optional: white acrylic paint for base coat
