Upcycled Newspaper Hats

Young artists hear a playful prose story about new friendships and then use molding, cutting and taping skills to create a wearable hat from upcycled materials.

  1. Three to four full newspaper sheets
  2. Scissors
  3. Pencil
  4. Masking Tape

  2. Painter’s Tape
