Supplies Needed
- Tempera paint*
- Any size thick paper (such as cardstock)
- 8” x 10” construction paper or scraps
- Toilet paper roll (1)
- Approximately 8” x 4” strip of cardboard
- Rubber band, hair tie or tape
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Crayons
