Bob Ross Auto Group Jazz & Beyond
Important Series Updates
Face Coverings: All museum guests over the age of 2 are required to wear face coverings while inside the building.
The series is moving … but it’s not going far! As the museum works to ensure a continued safe experience for all guests, staff and volunteers, we have decided to move the remainder of this year’s jazz series to the Mimi and Stuart Rose Auditorium. Look for signage at the museum directing you to the auditorium. A cash bar will be available in the museum’s Lower Court, adjacent to the auditorium, but no food will be served at the performances. We think you’ll enjoy the beautiful setting and stellar acoustics of the Rose Auditorium!
The Bob Ross Auto Group Jazz & Beyond series returns in 2021!
We just announced the return of live music at the museum, beginning August 12 and continuing through December. The 2021 Bob Ross Auto Group Jazz & Beyond series lineup includes:
August 12: Soul Express
September 9: Daniel Bennett and The Dirty Shirleys
October 14: Jimmy Leach Jazztet
November 11: Puzzle of Light
December 9: Kick-N-Flava
Our Bob Ross Auto Group Jazz & Beyond concerts present a great mix of familiar favorites and new faces from the region’s jazz scene. The series has been a regular fixture at the museum for more than 25 years.
Beginning with the September 9 performance, in-person concerts take place in the Mimi and Stuart Rose Auditorium. Doors open at 5 p.m., and all performances take place 5:30-7:30 p.m. Admission is free for museum members and included in museum general admission for non-members. A cash bar will be available in the Lower Court for drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) at each concert. No food will be served at upcoming concerts.
Check back often for 2021 series updates!
