Make the museum part of your homeschool studies! In this program, students build a foundation for visual arts by developing their observation and critical thinking skills through discussions about artworks in the museum. This program explores art through a variety of interdisciplinary explorations and includes a 30-minute spotlight gallery experience, as well as a hands-on workshop to engage children with the museum’s collection and concepts. Homeschool Intersections is structured and led as two age groups, 0-9 years old and 10-18 years old. All materials are provided.
Maximum 20 students per session; preregistration required a week in advance. Please note that caregivers are required to stay with their children during the program.
