Memberships are mailed out within 2 weeks of purchase.
Exhibition and Event Tickets
Tickets for exhibitions and events should not be purchased for the
same day. Tickets are held at Will Call for pick up. 48 hours

If you prefer to make a purchase using a check or money order, checks

Shipping and Delivery
Rates
There is no shipping charge for Memberships,
event tickets, exhibition tickets or making a gift. Memberships
are sent our two weeks from the purchase date. Event and exhibition
tickets are held at Will Call. All items purchased from the museum
store will be sent via United Parcel Service (UPS).

Sales
and Use Tax
Sales tax is not assessed for Memberships, Events tickets, Exhibition
ticket or making a Gift.
Sales Tax for merchandise is assessed for Ohio residences only.
Member's Discount
To receive a discount of 10% when placing an order online, please
enter your Membership number during check out. If you are not a
Member of The Dayton Art Institute, join today to receive all the
benefits of membership. You will be immediately eligible for the
discount on your current order.
