OUT OF AFRICA: Sub Saharan Traditional Arts

S. and Grayce B. Kerr Foundation and Dianne Komminsk
This special exhibition will be the first opportunity ever to showcase the important and high-quality works of African art collected by local and regional individuals. Organized by The Dayton Art Institute, this powerful exhibition of more than 200 objects will not only demonstrate the beautiful aesthetic qualities of African art but will set the objects in their proper context, affording the visitor a new view of some of the most vital and compelling works created during the last two centuries.
