Podcast FAQs
What is a Podcast ?
A “Podcast” is simply a digital audio/media file available through the Internet. It costs nothing to listen or download! You do not need an iPod to enjoy this audio.
When you visit the podcast site, you will see images of the 17 diverse works highlighted from the exhibition and their corresponding podcast links. Each image is accompanied by an individual commentary or “podcast”.
How do I use it?
There are a number of ways to use a podcast.
-Open the “streaming” version of the podcast (MP3 file) on a computer with speakers and listen at home or work. View images of works from the exhibition.
-Download the podcast to a portable media player like an iPod and listen to it away from your computer. Each of the 17 works highlighted from the exhibition will be an individual podcast file that can be accessed as you tour the exhibition “The Roman World” at The Dayton Art Institute.
