This two night, three day program introduces you to the very best of the Philadelphia region’s celebrated art scene with the Barnes Foundation and the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s special exhibition, Discovering the Impressionists: Paul Durand-Ruel and the New Painting, the centerpiece of your visit. The program also includes a visit to the Brandywine Valley, a region renowned for its fine gardens and museums. Two famous names, Wyeth and DuPont, have left their mark on this charming region. We will stay at The Inn at The Union League, a distinguished private club conveniently located on Philadelphia’s dynamic Avenue of the Arts.
We will gain access to the Museums before they open to the public, and enjoy fine dining at some of the city’s best restaurants. This trip has been organized in conjunction with Philadelphia Hospitality, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the arts, history and culture in the city of Philadelphia.

Join DAI Chief Curator Aimee Marcereau DeGalan and ArtTrek Trip Coordinator Debra Edwards for an exclusive behind the scenes Art tour of Vermont!
What could be better than a meandering trip through Vermont’s fabled fall scenery? When it’s combined with the best of New England’s Art Collections. We’ll enjoy specially prepared presentations and behind-the-scenes tours of Grandma Moses paintings at the Bennington Art Museum, and tour the Bennington Pottery Studio, the award-winning Clark Art Institute, the famous Shelburne Museum and the celebrated private collection of J. Brooks Buxton. We’ll dine in the quintessential New England Inns, such as The Arlington Inn and the famous Shelburne Farm Inn. Shop in Burlington’s picturesque Church Street Marketplace and attend a performance at the Flynn Center for Performing Arts. And, of course we’ll feast on the beautiful sights
both inside and outside of the museums during a small road tour of Vermont during the height of its season!
