REGISTERING FOR PROGRAMS

Registration is required for all programs unless otherwise noted. One Summer Art Camp registration form must be submitted for each camper.

How to Register
- Drop your registration off at the Visitor Service Desk in the
General Motors Entrance Rotunda and pay by check,
credit card or cash.

- Mail a check or credit card number with your registration form to:

- Fax completed registration form with your VISA or Mastercard
number to 937-223-3140, Attn: Education Programs.

- Phone the Education department at 937-223-5277, ext. 318. Phone
registrations will not be accepted for Summer Art Camp.

Scholarships
Scholarships are available for families with financial need. Contact the
Education Department at 937-223-5277, ext. 334 for a scholarship application form. The form must be submitted along with your completed registration form two weeks before the start of the class.

Refunds
All refund requests must be made two weeks prior to the first class meeting. No refunds can be made after this time. 15% of the class fee is retained for administrative purposes. In the event the class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, full refunds will be made.

Photographs of participants may be used for marketing and publicity purposes by The Dayton Art Institute.
